The Centers of research and Higher Education (PRES)
Public institutions of scientific cooperation
PRES makes connections between universities, high schools and research organizations in the same area (or over a large region) as of the beginning of 2011, there are a total of 19 PRES centers in France.
PRES-UMSF is a public institution for scientific cooperation created by decree on June 9th, 2009.
